5. Scope of Services:

6. Client Responsibility:
The Client is responsible for their own actions, decisions, and outcomes both during and outside of coaching sessions. The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and is not a substitute for professional advice.
7. Confidentiality:
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by the Client and the Coach or as required by law.
8. Schedule and Payment:
Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance at mutually convenient times. Payment for coaching services is due in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of coaching services.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
